Ginger Liu MFA is an American Brit, Hollywood CEO of film PR agency Ginger Media & Entertainment, MFA Photographer, filmmaker, reporter, author, researcher, podcaster, and cinephile. As Founder and CEO, she champions independent, documentary, and artist-driven films with strategic distribution and marketing expertise serving talent, festivals, and companies from Hollywood and London to global markets. An award-winning photographer (12M+ Flickr views, Portrait of Britain Finalist, CineWomen one-to-watch) and filmmaker with an MFA (1st) in Photography and Film plus BA (Hons) in Contemporary Media Practice, she’s also creator/host of The Digital Afterlife of Grief podcast and GLIU AI Substack newsletter exploring generative AI’s impact on death, grief, Hollywood, visual media, and startups.

With 15+ years as an industry veteran—former founding editor of Inside Hollywood, Zuma Press Agency photographer, and consultant for Channel 4 News, AP News, CNC News, and the documentary Remembering Me (Channel News Asia/Channel 4)—Ginger delivers sought-after commentary on AI startups, Hollywood innovation, and the digital afterlife.
