Zero Contactstarring Anthony Hopkins as a tech titan will be initially released as an NFT. LA-based start-up VUELE owns complete intellectual property on the productions and boasts that it’s:

“the first direct-to-consumer, full-length feature film NFT viewing and distribution platform.”

VUELE auctions off early access to the film plus perks and incremental distribution with more perks until it is transferred to traditional distribution channels and streamers.

AI Software Matches Music and Films

There’s a new AI software called A.V Mapping that matches music and films. Founded by Frinny Lee, the AI matches plot, action, dialogue, and emotion. It also licenses music.

Anthony Bourdain’s AI Voice

The documentaryRoadrunnerabout about famous Chef Anthony Bourdain has received okay reviews but there seems to be an issue with the late chef’s voice and its recreation using artificial intelligence. Are people just freaked out because it’s new technology? AI is here to stay and one day we will be listening to our dead relatives, it’s just a matter of time.

AI-Generated Movie Posters

Artist Vicenzi has created some freaky Hollywood film posters with artificial intelligence. Although he doesn’t explain the technology he used, you can bet it was AI like DALL-E or Artbreeder where you can feed it images and text and the results are bizarre.
